The facility is modern and well maintained. My biggest issue was finding a temporary parking spot behind the hotel so that I could arrange valet parking. There were not enough hotel designated spots available, and the minute I unknowingly parked in a nearby spot that seemed okay, an aggressive bylaw officer interrogated and even followed me into the hotel to argue with the front desk staff despite a long lineup of patrons waiting to check in. We didn't end up getting ticketed, but it took a lot of explaining to the bylaw officer AND the front desk staff, which was frustrating. While not the fault of the hotel, this made for a stressful check-in experience in an unfamiliar part of the city after being on the road for 9 hours. The whole point of the valet service is to alleviate the stress of parking (and we had no other choice with our heavy baggage).

The staff was so very helpful and gentile. Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable bed. Shower also was very nice. Breakfast croissants were best I've ever had!

Very easy to get in and out of excellent location, clean, fit all of us well, only down side was I wish there was parking but we parked at the hotel next door and that was very easy to use and not too expensive

Terrible service and they damaged my car and refused to take accountability
