Staff were genuinely friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel bar has a stylish, contemporary feel and is well worth a visit. Our room was thoughtfully designed, combining luxury with practicality and comfort. The three-course dining package offered exceptional value, with high-quality food that exceeded expectations. Location is another major advantage, with easy access to Walsh Bay, The Rocks, and King Street Wharf, making it an ideal base for exploring Sydney. Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!

Property is very close to Darling Harbour, but notes on how to get there by turning left on Level 4 of the car park to the level 2 bridge could be better. The TV did not work for almost 24 hours from book in and took me 3 attempts to get it rectified. Should have notes in room on how to check and fix fir yourself rather than maintenance staff who only work days being able to fix it. Asked for another room and front desk staff declined, but advised maintenance would fix next morning which did not happen.
