Pleas don’t book the apartment in this hotel. It’s not associated with the hotel services. The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. The price I paid for my 4 day was a steel. Also, beach gear was a laugh in the face. No beach chair, no wagon and the umbrella covered 1 person. I reached out to the person but never showed up with clean sheets. I had to invest in my stay detergent, sanitizing wipes, trash bags and toilet covers. Let me know forget to say, on my first stay the bottom of my feet was all black from the floors being super dirty. The only good thing of the place was the beach distance.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.

I recently stayed at Nobu Hotel Miami and would give my overall experience a **6/10**. Starting with the positives, the standard king room was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The minibar was fully stocked, and the room itself definitely met my expectations for a luxury hotel. My only complaint about the room was that there was only **one full-length mirror**, and it was located inside the bathroom. For a luxury hotel, especially one that attracts guests getting ready for dinners and nights out in Miami, I expected at least one full-body mirror in the main room. The hotel shares its lobby and amenities with Eden Roc, which has more of an older resort feel. While I enjoyed the ambiance, I found the pool area and amenities to be a bit underwhelming for the Nobu brand. There were two pools and a jacuzzi. The main pool was lively and family-friendly with lots of kids, which wasn't an issue. There was also an adults-only pool overlooking the beach, but unfortunately the water was noticeably cloudy, so I chose not to get in. Service at the pool also left something to be desired. It took about 45 minutes for our waitress to bring two bottles of water. To the hotel's credit, a manager came by, apologized, explained they were experiencing technical issues, and offered to remove some items from our bill, which we genuinely appreciated.
