Great place! Close to Kokura station. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Room was clean, spacious, and good size bathroom. Lot of restaurants around the hotel along with bus and train connectivity. Highly recommended !

Location was ideal for our four night stay. Located a short walk from Kokura Station, we were able to get checked in and into a restaurant for dinner within 45 mins of arriving by train from Osaka. Room was clean, and adequate in size for four adults. There was no servicing of the room during the stay, which meant damp towels some days. Kitchenette had the basics which was helpful for heating up combini meals.

We were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was, by the helpfulness of the staff, the quality of the amenities, and the overall aesthetics. A whole new level of experience.

Old hotel but refurbished inside. Staff so friendly and rooftop pool great but they need to sort out the lifts as you can only call the pool lift by using the disabled button. Breakfast was ok but did not change any day and food choices were bizarre with a battered food station and spag bol for breakfast.
