This hotel is stunning, but we were put in room 114 and there was a garage door outside our window which was opening and closing very early in the morning non stop for hours. My pregnant wife couldn't get any sleep at all due to the excessive noise. I would recommend if you stay here, to avoid that room at all costs or any rooms towards the end of the building.

Hotel was fine. It is decently kept up. We had trouble getting into our two bookings at the same time. One was availvek at 11:00 am and the other at 8 pm. We had requested joining rooms. They did say it wasn't a guarantee and they guaranteed it didn't happen. We weren't even on the same hallway. We booked in advance - not sure why you would have joining rooms if they can't be booked regardless of using a 3rd party booking. They will also not allow rideshare services to pickup from the front of the hotel. You have to walk all the way to the back of the hotel and wait in the parking garage. We have a family of 6 - taxi services aren't really an option for us.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
