Very nice hotel, excelent time spent. Quiet place, good for families. Pools were clean staff was polite and Smily faces. Clean rooms.

We booked a twin room ( double & double sofa bed ) but got given a double . What is not clear in the description of the hotel that it consists of a main building and a side building . Our room was located in the side building (401-480) some 120 steps up from the pool area , there is no lift so if you have mobility issues you have a problem (we personally didn’t). It was advertised as adults only , this again wasn’t quite correctly described. There are 2 smallish areas that are adults only . 1 area of the garden and 1 pool ( once the life guard is off duty the kids are in). We didn’t let it spoil our stay but these things need to be correctly advertised. The good parts : the buffet was fabulous , you will be hard pressed to not find something that you like . Sports : plenty to choose from. Beach area , plenty of loungers and sea easy to get in/out off as gently sloped . Room was kept spotless

We stayed at the Sundia Hotel in July 2026 and were very satisfied! This is a hotel with a small but cozy territory, which, frankly, I didn't even want to leave. All restaurants (buffet, snack bar and two a la carte) have good food! The choice is not huge, but you can always find something incredibly tasty. The only negative is the unsuccessful desserts, they almost didn't take them. The waiters serve quickly, everyone is very responsive. The beach at the hotel is private (which is rare for this area of Fethiye), you can always find free sun beds, but it's better to take them in the morning. The sea was great in July! The entrance consists of small pebbles and very small areas of pebbles. It's calm in the morning, very clean, in the afternoon and in the evening the sea is a little rough, but it's still comfortable and pleasant to swim at depth. Another big plus is the opportunity to walk along the embankment, as the hotel stands right on the boardwalk with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. If desired, you can walk directly to the old town of Fethiye (about an hour and a half each way). The pools are excellent, and daily activities (water polo, aerobics) are held in them. Pleasant, unobtrusive music plays on the territory all day, musical groups, artists, and so on perform in the evening. There is no intrusive and super active animation, but this is a plus for us. There is billiards and table tennis in the lobby, and you can always find something to do.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another wonderful family holiday. During our stay, there was an unfortunate incident related to my child’s nut allergy. A food item was marked as not containing nuts, but there was a mistake. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally. They took full responsibility, supported us immediately, and covered all medical costs related to the doctor and hospital checks. We really appreciated their care and the way they increased their focus on allergy management after the incident. Special thanks to Chefs Ahmed and Hussein, who kindly prepared safe cakes and desserts for my children. Their attention and kindness meant a lot to us. Overall, the hotel is very family-friendly, with a great pool, beautiful beach, and very tasty food. We are very satisfied, will definitely visit again, and have already recommended it to many friends.
