Koo Wee Rup Vacation Packages

Beautiful hotel. The rooms feels peaceful and serene, modern and with great amenities. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great overlooking the river, across from the DFO and with easy access to trams. The rooms are very quiet, the bed is lovely and comfortable. There is events happening quite often in the restaurant etc that guests are invited to join. Fresh free fruit at the arrival door for you to grab when you’re heading out for the day. This time I had a treatment at the spa which was so relaxing. It was our second time staying here and we will definitely return. Cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Clean room and shops nearby

I’m baffled as to how this hotel has such a high rating. While I understand that you get what you pay for and that this is a budget hotel, my room was neither clean nor well maintained. The hall had large pieces of molding missing, our room’s sink faucet was detached from the counter and dangling loosely, the shower was molded all throughout the interior bottom and there were stains and scuffs everywhere. Sorry to say that I have to assume all the positive ratings were bots or friends of the owner / staff.

We booked specific room with the bath (one bedroom) so that we can bath our 5 months old, however the status of the bath was unusable as there were soap scrum all over the bath present. I have let the house keeping know and asked to change room, but was not able to fulfil our request as the hotel was full. We were then offered full clean of the bath and house keeping the next day. Also the room was very dusty and dust present in pretty much every skirting board in the room. later found a bottle full of cigarette butts in the veranda. (also offered $50 refund but never received the funds)
