I was assigned to a room with full of cigarette smoke smell when I requested for NON-SMOKING room. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I called front desk immediately, they asked me to wait for the house keeping. I did wait for an hour and a half until the house keeping came and just spray on something which did not help. I finally came down to the front desk to ask for a change of room which they refused to do that due to their full occupancy. Moreover, they blamed on me that I came to inform them late when I did as instructed by them to wait for the house keeping to check on the room. I also told them that this would trigger my asthma and I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. They still insisted to put me into that room which full of cigarette smell. At the end, they sent the house keeping supervisor to check again and offered to put ozone machine to help with the odor. After I came back and the ozone process was done, the smell was better but it still irritated my throat and I had to slept with the mask on. This is the most terrible experience for me.

Really friendly staff, easy check in and even accommodated early check in. Roof top pool was clean and spacious with a nice bar.

We just had a short today, family getaway and have always enjoyed the Paris hotel. The location is excellent. The restaurants offer amazing food, especially the steak and fries! If you’re looking for a comfortable hotel at a good value, this is the place. Couple of warnings on the negative side. The check-in procedure is extremely slow and very cumbersome. The secret is paying the $50 early check-in fee and check in early. If you wait in line, it will take you an hour to check in. Second problem is you can only really take a taxi from the front of the hotel if you decide to hail an Uber or rideshare of any kind you have to walk to the clear backside of the hotel in the parking lot to catch a rideshare vehicle. Very out-of-the-way.

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

Debería haber una atención al huesped más directa y dar facilidades a entregas como Amazon, FedEx, UPS, et.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
