Don’t think twice about clicking on and reserving at MÍA Hotel and Resort! Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception). First it was very far from the downtown, we stay for 4 day , 3 nights and we did not have hot water until the last day, not to much to do in the hotel, and they were Always asking if we wanted the cline roon

Es un hotel pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, lo que permite que el staff pueda ser muy amable porque ubican a los huéspedes. La propiedad está a pie de la laguna, y es muy conveniente que tienen kayak y padel board. La comida es buena. Los masajes súper relajantes. No nos reconocieron como viajero VIP de Expedia. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial!

Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Highly recommended! Loved everything about it, from location, amenities, food, drinks, but most importantly the friendliness of all the staff!

Al ser temporada baja el menú del restaurante estaba limitado a pocos platillos, sin embargo , la calidad de los mismo era excelente. Las escaleras para bajas a la laguna estaba en mal estado y daban la apariencia de muy viejas y las tablas de pádel en mal estado y muy pocos! El staff fue muy amable siempre atento a nuestras necesidades

I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful place. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Despite of the amazing experience, there are two things that I hope Cristalino can have in mind to further improve it's guests experiences. I was able to hear the movement of furniture, screeching on the floor, people laughing, and moving things from a room next door. I am not sure what they can do other than asking the neighbors to quiet it down but Im wondering if maybe they can improve how the sound travels between the rooms as my downstairs neighbors also struggled with the noise. My sleep was interrupted by that but the staff was able to to minimize the noise by telling their guests to quiet down. Another thing that was unpleasant is how they communicated that they would charge me the pillow cases that my hair dye damaged. Although they were understanding and made an exception in not charging me, sending me a picture of it came through as passive aggressive and that did dampen my mood.
