Great sized room for a family with everything you need including washer/dryer, microwave, kettle etc. Great location - minutes from Akihabara and Ueno and Okachimachi station. Very close to a Lawson for supplies and Yamoto Transport for bag forwarding to your next hotel. Staff were excellent and very friendly. My only improvement would be better pillows/pillow options in the room!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was across the street from the touristy part of Asakusa, so the area was quieter, but literally a 30 second walk to the busy area. There is someone available at the front desk 24 hours a day, making it easy to get extra detergent for the washing machine. The room fit our family of five comfortably, with one person sleeping on the couch. The back cushions of the couch detach, so the bed is flat and wide. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to wash and cut the fruit we bought at the nearby market. I’ve seen so many tourists dragging their luggage around on the day of their departure. Monday hotel locked up our luggage in the lobby, and we were able to leave it there until later in the afternoon when we were ready to head to the airport. The hotel was very clean, and the washing machine makes a huge difference, allowing us to pack less. There are two TVs. I love staying in Asakusa, and I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and it was wonderful!!! The location is perfect as it isn’t loud or absurdly busy so there’s some semblance of peace going to and fro. There were also plenty of convenience stores nearby as well which was A+ As someone who is sensitive to crowds this hotel was perfect for me. Amenities were awesome as there is breakfast available for a fee, constant room service and the staff were awesome. The coin laundry was simple to use as well and there was an ice and water machine as well! The bathrooms were great and fresh towels were basically provided almost every day. Staff was kind as well! Rooms were understandably smaller than most but since there were two of us and we stayed in the twin room. It was ample space for us to pack our 2 luggage’s and 2 carry ons. I’ve already recommended my friend to come stay when she visits Japan because the hotel was simply perfect!!! 100/10

It was very good for three of us with two beds. Hosts were very helpful getting us Taxi’s and with directions to stores and restaurants.

The property is very modern, clean and the amenities are very convenient. It’s also close to the train station for easy access to transportation.

I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The hotel was exceptionally clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the train and subway, convenient connections to the airport, and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone I met was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and comfortable during my entire stay. I also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The atmosphere was great, the food and drinks were excellent, and the service was consistently friendly and thoughtful. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo and would definitely choose to stay here again.
