It’s an apartment with a king size bed,a sofa and a small kitchen with a dining table. It’s clean. It’s a self check- in place. Grocery nearby. Tram stop nearby and walking distance to the upper and lower town. It’s very convenient. It located at a cross section so you can hear a little noise.

Everything is fine except Tuesday night loud music and noises until 12:30am. The hotel should contact with city to forbid such late activities. No guest can suffer it.

The unit is well located

Far from a five-star experience. The restaurant and kitchen are on the fifth floor. My first two nights on the fourth floor felt like sleeping inside the kitchen, with noise from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. I moved to the third floor for the final two nights, but a 90-person party upstairs blasted music until midnight, making my room feel like a nightclub. Staff seemed very accustomed to these noise complaints, yet dismissed mine, saying “That’s impossible” or “I can’t hear anything.” They appeared unable to resolve the issue and avoided eye contact. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a five-star experience.

We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous and breakfast was delicious!

Decent breakfast included, pleasant staff… especially nice bar staff. The only thing is, the standard for cleaning the rooms need to be higher .

Zonar Zagreb is a nice hotel. The concept is definitely eclectic and borders on “weird,” but we’re not ones to judge that, and we actually enjoyed that aspect of the hotel. We also really enjoyed the gym, and the bed was comfortable. That said, there were a few hiccups during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room had only one towel, no bath/shower mat, and there was no conditioner or soap available either in the shower or at the sink. We called reception, and the towel issue was resolved fairly quickly. However, the soap was only provided the following day, despite us arriving around 3 PM, while the conditioner was never provided at all. Another reason we chose this hotel was the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was reserved for a large group from 3 PM to 9 PM on both days of our stay. On top of that, the music from the event continued loudly well beyond those hours. This was disappointing, especially since access to the pool was one of the factors we considered when booking the hotel. The pool water was also extremely cold, as it is not heated, which made it difficult to enjoy even when the pool was available. Overall, we didn't dislike the hotel, particularly the comfortable bed, gym, and unique design, but the room-service oversights and limited pool access significantly affected our experience. As a result, we would hesitate to recommend this hotel. N.B: it is relatively far from Zagreb's historical center but we knew that so that is on us.
