Food not the best
Pass on this one … the reception employee night shifts will not even get up to help
Or will call the cops if his not in control
I would not go there so many nicer places in Miami Beach

Valet parking 10/10, safety 10/10 room description not the same as what I got, dirty towels and blanket bad experience.

The property is great. The location is perfect. The room was outstanding. Checkin is an absolute nightmare!!! Took us an hour from arrival to get our room. It's all done online, nobody to greet you. I saw one person in 4 days on the property. Requested fresh towels sent a text message had to send it again 8 hours later. Finally, got our towels.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

This is the perfect boutique hotel. I plan to stay again. Pool is perfect, incredible lobby layout, furnishings and seating areas. Throwback umbrellas at the pool. Room was clean, new and cozy. They spared no expense in the 2026 hotel remodel.

I did enjoy the lobby and how clean it was done there. How it had the shopping center and cafes, but I did not like the hotel itself it was not worth the price because when showering all the water fell out to the floor, and the water was just making a puddle inside as well. The bathroom was not that clean.
