Parking is awful, we were lucky we got a space round the corner. It was a great location for our event at murrayfield but the sofa bed isnt an actual bed. Luckily we took our inflatable double bed but had to go to shop and get sheets and duvet cover for it. Fine for one night and a few hours sleep

The view of the harbor was spectacular from the 6th floor and the wall to wall windows fabulous! Only "amenity" I was missing would be door stoppers for the heavy doors to have better airflow throughout the apartment. We had to use our suitcases to keep them open so that we could get a cross breeze to combat the lack of air conditioning. We would absolutely book this place again if we return to Edinburgh!

Wasn’t aware until after booking that there is no reception, everything is sent to you through WhatsApp which is fine but if you need to store your luggage you need to go down the street to the sister hotel. Normally this is no issue but the receptionist was rude and when we were told to come back before 6 pm to retrieve our luggage, the receptionist was already gone. We fortunately got lucky and ran into other guests who were staying at the sister hotel who let us in. The hotel was quite lovely and spacious and very convenient to where we needed to go. Thank you

Great Nostalgic hotel, beautifully appointed rooms and the location was perfect to visit the city of Edinburgh.

No parking at the property. We checked in after 3 pm and then was expected to check out at 10am and as a result had 19hrs with the apartment. Not enough time and left feeling short changed And the clean team wanted us out at 10am on the . Un happy😳

Lovely apartment on a wonderful local street. Not in the touristy area, which we loved, but some might find it too out-of-the-way. Walking to Stockbridge was wonderful, but New Town was 20 minutes uphill. Cabs/Uber were very tough to get, but that seemed a citywide issue.

Room was sizeable enough, and clean, though run-down in appearance. And at least one of the advertised kitchen appliances was non-functioning, and apparently had been for awhile as there was a professionally printed sign notifying it was out of order. Regarding parking: I searched the booking site for options that included parking and this place came up. That is very misleading. Parking, beneath the building, and accessible only through the lobby, has been farmed out to a third party app and cost us almost as much as a night in the hotel. The hotel refused to provide instructions for accessing the parking, repeatedly referring us back to the app. Instructions for getting into the garage, which used an antiquated auto lift, were zero. Hotel staff were not present onsite, so overall the whole check-in process was incredibly stressful. Completely impersonal. Would not stay here again for those reasons.

I found the experience quite nice. Quirky little place, perfectly located at the bottom of Victoria Street. I highly recommend it !
