I asked for housekeeping at 9am no service was done at all and I had to wait all day long to ask for towel so I had to grab it from housekeeping cart. Room was never serviced there were garbage not taken out and beds not made plus bathroom ceiling had mold. I need full refund for this

Well designed rooms with friendly staff.

Pleas don’t book the apartment in this hotel. It’s not associated with the hotel services. The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. The price I paid for my 4 day was a steel. Also, beach gear was a laugh in the face. No beach chair, no wagon and the umbrella covered 1 person. I reached out to the person but never showed up with clean sheets. I had to invest in my stay detergent, sanitizing wipes, trash bags and toilet covers. Let me know forget to say, on my first stay the bottom of my feet was all black from the floors being super dirty. The only good thing of the place was the beach distance.

We had to switch rooms because the first room had several issues. The shower never got hot, several outlets weren’t working, and the A/C couldn’t keep up with cooling the room. Unfortunately, the second room had similar problems as well.

Don’t expect decent service. The staff seems to be terribly frustrated to work there and takes it out on guests who ask basic questions. I had booked a room with a queen bed via Expedia and the front desk person gave me one with 2 double beds. He also charged me for the room despite me showing him the booking via Expedia and the fact that I had already paid a portion of the charges and only owed remaining balance. He double charged me and said he cannot do anything and refused to change rooms to the one I originally booked. Won’t recommend to anyone unless you are ok dealing with a short tempered staff that seems to act like they are doing you a massive favor by letting you stay at the hotel.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
