Kayonza Vacation Packages

Clean room and very friendly staff.

This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times.

Hotel is functional. Located at convention centre so security processes are quite strict (X ray car and X ray all bags. Hotel failed to recognise my expedia platinum status entitling me to a free drink. When they requested a review I stated that I haven't received a drink voucher but the staff made no effort to rectify the situation. It is fine for a quick night on arrival or before departure from airport.

The hotel is nice and located close to the airport. The staff and the food are great. My only challenge was in the room with the Air Condition was not working. They had to fix it almost every day and I’ll wake up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy. They never switched my room and they never fix the air condition completely. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.

Amazing must visit
