Customer service was great, the brkfast was good and replenished. We had issues with the hot water. Was offered maintenence but we refused due to being out. Overall this is our go to hotel

Very clean. During our time there, I saw the carpet washed twice. The staff was always on top of the cleanliness. Our room was cleaned every other day without fail. The rooms have a kitchen. The shower is amazing lot of water pressure. Breakfast is free they have several options, eggs, bacon, meats for tacos, waffles, fruit, cereal, There is coffee all day, which I loved. The pool is indoors. I really enjoy the stay at this hotel. This will be my stay hotel every time I visit Katy.

Last time staying at a hilton hotel

Do not stay here unless you own a pet and have no where else to stay. The hotel smells like dog with some parts smelling like dog urine. Also the beds are the worst. The matresses are old and worn down, one of the beds was squeeky add the other was sunken on the sides. The receptionist was rude on the 1st night, but the girl with the blue hair and a young man we encountered the following day were both nice. On our 1st night the receptionist kept calling to threaten to kick us out just because we apparently nade some noise while were getting ready for bed. The bathtub would get backed up because the drain stopper was kind of flimsy so when we'd open it back up, it would make a lot of noise while the water drained. The Breakfast bar was ok, we didnt eat the food, just got some fruit to snack on. I tried using the blow dryer but it was all sticky with dog hair all over.
