Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size.

The room is clean with excellent views. The staff is kind and very responsive.

The staff is very helpful to get a room that is user friendly for my mum who is on wheelchair. I really appreciate the good thoughts t9 help us.

Just the staff was nice and food was ok

Great location, super communication and a very helpful host. Would love to stay again. Thank you Rafi and team

Good facility and good location. However room house keeping is poorly maintained, dust is everywhere when moved in, bedsheet and towels have clean stains, spider nets surrounding lamps. After requesting for deep clean, owner provided cleaning to only the area i pointed out and the other areas were still left out unclean. Will not stay here again.

Great Staff & customer service 10/10.
