Great place ,great price ,great location

Clean rooms , comfortable bed , highly recommend. Although , There was a baby in the next room that was crying for quiet awhile , but then again what baby dont cry. We will definitely be back!!

They came to our room at 3 30 a. And said we didnt pay and we did. They made us leave and then charged my card anyways refused to refund any of it.

Solid hotel met basic-needs for an overnight stay

The hotel is very close to the KC stadiums and easy on/off access to the interstate. The check in process was smooth and welcoming with a nice, updated lobby. The room had dated fixtures and tattered carpet, but it was clean and met our needs. The bed was surprisingly comfy: no lumps, sags, or broken springs - it was solidly firm. The morning breakfast was dismal. I've come to learn that the continental breakfast of the 90s and 2000s are notions far gone. The pastries were not pre-packaged and dried out. There wasn't fresh fruit. No hot items to select from beside the waffle maker. I suppose I've been accustomed to the breakfast one gets from Drury or Holiday Inn. We opted to go to Chez Elle in KC for breakfast - SO AMAZING!!! The weirdest thing though is that entry to most rooms/elevator is on the back of the building. The parking lot layout and general user friendliness of that was odd enough for me to comment about it here (but it certainly did not take away from our overall experience). If you are looking for a basic-needs rest for the night, give this hotel a try.

The hotel did its purpose. Great location if you are visiting Arrowhead as it is literally next to it. Parking on site was very convenient. The night concierge was nice and made our check-in a smooth process. Morning concierge was very curt with her responses and seemed annoyed when we checked out. Overall it was an okay stay.

The hotel itself was fine. Rooms were clean, it was quiet. Breakfast was very poor. If they consider at " hot breakfast " frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and lunchables hot well I guess it was a hot breakfast. They had a few bagels and some toast and cereal that was it. Coffee was a joke, it was straight water, person in duty seemed like he didn't know how to run the coffee machine.

Worst experience ever. Tv was broken in room, heater not working, employee forgot to come check on room and said he was busy. We got moved to another room and right at 12AM the fire alarm got pushed, employee was hiding behind the counter and refused to engage or answer any questions…I lost like 3-4 hours of sleep then alarm and off again at 7Am… super tired instead of rested.

We got a room with a broken heater and tv. The attendant forgot to come check on us so I called him again and he said he was busy. We get moved to another room and at midnight the fire alarm wakes us up. Attendant is refusing to talk to anyone and hiding behind the counter. I ask people in the lobby if the place is on fire they say no, horrible experience

This is usually one of our favorite hotels to stay in each month. However, this weekend was not up to par. First we had a couple across the hall fighting at 4:30 in the morning. Then come to find out because of occupancy, they decided not to do their regular breakfast buffet but rather a grab and go breakfast which would have been nice to know beforehand as we could have went to a restaurant much earlier. The breakfast area was also out of coffee which seemed to take a while to be made. Never had this many problems with this hotel before so we were definitely disappointed.
