Floors weren't the cleanest. There's a funny smell when you walk into the hotel. The beds are so very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok but nothing really for protein. It was close to the highways and plenty of side streets to get over to the stadiums without having to be stuck in traffic on the freeway.

The property is very out dated. There’s rust in the shower and it looks as if someone used box hair dye in the shower and stained it purple. The entire property smells like marijuana and cigarette smoke.

The rooms are outdated, sometimes when running the water, a roten egg smell would come out. Tub has a dirty rust on it. Sink handle needed to be replaced. The plumbing needs fixed. Water would only sometimes flush. Everything else was good. Only 1 of the staff employees was excellent! The others were rude and trying to rush you out the door before checkout.

********$80 to sleep in my car!!! Beware******

I wasn’t allowed to stay at the hotel because I didn’t have the extra $100 deposit required by the property. The property assured me to call the booking company and my stay would be refunded or transferred. When I was finally able to get ahold of the booking company the following day, they were required to inquire with the property for the approval for the refund. I was told the property denied the refund request (even after assuring me to contact the booking company). It’s all just so crazy that I was refused a room to stay in and was refused the return of the cost and taxes of said room. So I basically handed $80 to a hotel chain and/or the booking company that wouldn’t/couldn’t and DIDNT produce said room. I slept in my vehicle that night and unfortunately this IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I have had this unfortunate experience which other then failure to read the fine print that is so hard to find you miss it completely- I did absolutely nothing in the wrong other then go thru this booking company!! And nothing I have done has been able to get my money refunded. So if you love sleeping in your vehicle and throwing money out the window. DONT USE THESE SERVICES. OR OPT FOR THE $8.00 PROTECT YOUR RESERVATION FEE. BECAUSE YOU MAY VERY WELL NEED IT!!!
