Didn’t even make it to my room. The door to check-in was locked and the lights were off with no indication that a staff member was coming back. This was at around 4:30 in the afternoon. I couldn’t wait long for someone to show up because of an event I was in town for. But frankly, even if I did have the time to wait, I wouldn’t want to because of the area. Couldn’t cancel my booking because it was already past the check-in time but I hope to qualify for a refund for not even poor service, but for absolutely no service in general. Considering the fact that I was able to book a Hilton hotel for only $20 more than what I paid for this inn with exceptionally better service and amenities, I can’t help but feel it’s overpriced for what you’re getting (or what I assume you’ll get, as I wasn’t even able to enter the building)

Was going to stay there for an event. When i pulled up there were vagrants relieving themselves outside. I also had the privilege of witnessing an unauthorized pharmaceutical deal. I chose to drive on. Edit: I was asked to reword my review.

I would not wish this place upon my worst enemy. I was only in the room for a minute before I knew it was unsuitable to stay in. I expected it to be a little dilapidated based on the price, but I was not at all preoared for how horrible if an experience this would be. FILTHY! My bathroom had red bugs on the shower curtains and standing, dirty water in the tub. Used bar of soap in the tub as well. SMELLY! The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. I was not the only one who thought this, another party left immediately because of this. UNSAFE! No smoke detector. Crackheads on the corners. RUN DOWN! Curtains held up with safety pins, chipped flooring, bad painting. Im not sure what rooms they photographed for the listing but mine looked nothing like it. RUDE AND DISHONEST STAFF! They could not refund me, despite actually taking my card at the desk, claiming only a manager could do so. They said a manager would refund me the following day, they did not and later informed Expedia they would not give me a refund. I sat in the lobby to try and book another hotel (and try and cancel through Expedia), and I was kicked out for remaining on the property for too long. Look at the reviews based on when they were posted, nothing good has been written of late. Negligent, dirty, unsafe property. Expedia should be shamed for listing it. Never in my life have I left a hotel/motel/lodge once checked in... ever. Do yourself a favor, find another hotel.
