The whole hotel reeked of cigarette smell & pot. Even in the room we stayed in. Bed very uncomfortable. Could not sleep there was to much noise from other guest all night long, and also because of the smell. We will never stay t this hotel again. I will also be reporting this to Expedia. This the worst hotel I have stayed in. I will also be posting this on social media

Flap inside toilet kept dumping water all night. The water shut off valve to toilet was nonexistent. Manager didn’t seem to care that I didn’t get any sleep nor that the toilet was broken.

Awful experience

Never got to stay. We got there to check in and the guys told me he sold our rooms to someone else. Probably a good thing considering it was the most disgusting hotel I’ve seen in a long time. There was a bad smell and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks.

Not a nice hotel, we left

We ended up leaving this hotel. It's very run down and has bugs. There was even a smashed dead bug on the wall. We wanted to stay at this hotel because it's so close to the airport. I also didn't feel safe here. Very grungy, scary and gross. Also you couldn't even check in until 4:30pm and checkout was supposed to be early too

Horrifically dirty gross and unsafe looking

Check in took forever, the hotel looked grundgy and unclean. We checked out 10 minutes after we walked in the room. It was disgusting. It smelled like smoke, it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The lock was broken on the door, and the whole place felt unsafe. The room smelled like mold and cat urine. There was feces in the toilet. You could not pay me enough to spend a night there

It reeked of smoke. The whole place. I guess it's what you'd expect for the price. Was hoping for a bit better. We could hear the people and what their conversation was about in the next room. Kinda wondered out clean the beds are?

BEDBUG INFESTED

They have a bedbug infestation. My husband and I were only in the room for about an hour before we were being attacked by bedbugs. We told the front desk and showed them the bugs, they moved us to another room and the same thing happened after about 30 minutes. We left and were refused a refund. They denied there being any bedbugs even though we had brought dead bugs to the desk to show, and several photos, and bites all over us. DO NOT STAY HERE.
