We arrived late at this hotel to find zero parking in the small parking lot. I inquired about it at check in, where I was gruffly greeted by the hotel clerk which was dressed like a construction worker. He was smoking outside when we arrived and I assumed him to be a guest until he rushed in ahead of us to the desk. I asked where I could park as there were no spaces available, except one but I would have boxed a big truck and trailer in if I parked there. He shrugged and said don’t park in the plaza next door or they’d tow me. I asked for where else and he said, “you’ll have to just go find a spot.” I asked if I could get a refund if there was no parking spot as I can’t stay there for the night if there’s no room to park. He said, “I don’t know, I’m not a manager.” I found a spot on the street thankfully and Mr. Couldn’t Be Bothered gruffly handed me my room key with muttering some words about breakfast and checkout so fast that I couldn’t understand. The room had hairs everywhere. I plucked about 20 off the two beds. The fold out couch was terrible and just a box of springs with no padding. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor and counter as well. It was disgusting but we were there at midnight and I didn’t assume the guy downstairs would help me with a new room. So we plucked hairs off and slept. It’s a nicer/newer hotel, so it’s a shame they have no ample parking and the cleaning crew doesn’t do a good job. Breakfast staff was nice and attentive.

Beautiful and spacious hotel! Love it here! The bed was perfect and linens were so soft! Although we had trouble finding parking when we got back late at night. There were a lot of trucks with trailers taking up multiple spaces. Hopefully there can be a solution to this problem in the future. But that was the only problem we had! I definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I enjoyed my stay. We were upset because the heater in the pool was out our entire stay. It was fixed around 6p but the pool closed at 8. The pool was 1 of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Room was a bit dated, bed was high up. Fire alarm went off at 3:15am, we were exhausted, but it was difficult to get back to sleep after that. Then in the morning, the cleaning staff had their phones on speaker as they noisily we up and down the halls.

Just ‘OK’

Several of us were staying in different rooms and we described the rooms as “damp or moist” with a must smell. Pool was closed, only one elevator working and I was sitting in the lobby playing cards with my family at 905pm on a Saturday night and was asked to go to our room to respect quite hours, so that was odd when my party was not making noise. It was clean and room was well equipped with a fridge and microwave, but we will probably not stay here again.

Nice location and clean hotel, however a few things that occurred that made our stay not so long and pleasant. 1. Pool was closed. We chose this hotel because it was close to ball fields and it had a pool. Big let down that it was closed the entire time we were there. 2. One of the elevators was down. With it being a busy weekend this caused longer delays on the 1 remaining elevator. 3. By far the most annoying was getting woke up to a very large dog barking for a long time. This went on for almost an hour.
