Our rooms bathroom closet and bathroom were a mess! There was sequins, lint, hair, dirty and dust all over the floor. As well as things the previous guest had left, so that is how I know it wasn’t cleaned. What’s even worse is they didn’t clean it when house keeping came daily. I asked for extra towels and it was like they were coming out of the staffs paychecks. We were staying multiple nights and they gave us one body towel each. I also had to beg for extra toilet paper, tissues and they didn’t even give me a blanket for the pull out couch just two more sheets. The toilet paper roll was almost completely out when we arrived and so we’re all out shower things and the hand soap. And again they didn’t give us anymore even when I asked. Staff was 50/50 if they were nice or had a bad attitude. There is massive construction happening right against the hotel so if you are sensitive to noise be warned. The only good thing about this place is that it is on the KC street car line (but again if you are sensitive to noise be warned, we could hear the bell on the 6th floor) and that there was a Starbucks inside. Parking is diagonal behind the hotel and I did only see security walk around once. Thank god nothing happened to our car after reading other reviews, that is what I was most worried about but crazy enough was actually the least of our issues. I think the area only felt safe since we were there for an event with 60k other people mostly women, so they were walking around all hours

Check in was quick and room was nice, however, our room was on a high floor (7) and at the end of the hall and was not serviced once for a 3 night stay. Reported a toilet leak so that was fixed while we were out and our hand towels and trash were left in the hallway all night and the whole next day. On day 3, Housekeeping stopped by at 4 pm while we were getting dressed for a wedding…. I told her we needed about 10 minutes and she never came back. We saw her jumping on the trolley at 4:15. Room was very noisy (not much sound proofing) and breakfast was very basic. Would not stay here again.

Our room was spotless upon arrival! Staff we over the top friendly and helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Plenty of shopping and restaurants withing walking distance. Really fun area of town for sports fans.

It was an overall bad experience for how nice of a room we thought we were getting. Check in was slow. The tv remote barely worked. The balcony door did not lock. Couch is uncomfortable. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF our truck along with every other car in the parking lot got its window smashed out. No security and it’s a know issue by leasing company, hotel and surrounding businesses. Hotel refuses to do anything about. Had to pay out of pocket for a window replace. 10/10 would not stay at this hotel again.

We absolutely Love this hotel! We have stayed here two times now and probably will only stay at this hotel everytime we come to KC. The staff are amazing and so nice, property is very safe and quiet. All around amazing!
