I was very disappointed with the stay there. We were so looking forward to the hot-tub which did not work. No towels if one could use at the pool. No hot water in the morning. The peep whole had tape over the one room my daughter was in. There was trash on her floor. The elevator sounded like it was going to die. The assistant in the morning was less than happy and expressed so. We were in town for a wedding reception and it was our first trip in a long long time. We are waiting on the $25 return for each room. For the rating.... and the money, I'm sorry but I expected so much more.

The room was a good size and seemed mostly clean but there was no hot water, very little water pressure, and it was obvious that people were smoking weed in the hotel in multiple rooms because the entire hotel smelled of it. We were lucky to be on the end so it was not as bad as the middle of the hotel where it was awful.

Staff was so kind, even when my big group of kids was eating breakfast and spilled yogurt. Clean, comfortable and rooms are big. Shower heads could use updating but that’s not a big deal when everything else is great.

This place needs some renovations

This hotel was is deep need of a renovation. It was filthy. We were in town for a mini vacation with the kids only to find out the hot tub was closed and the pool was ice cold. The shower was turned on to full heat and was still an ice cold shower. Don’t know all across the carpet barefoot-unless you want sticky feet. We asked for a refund upon checkin to find another place to stay, but were denied due to not giving a 24 hour notice. Don’t waste your money on this dump.

Overall, the hotel was fairly nice. It did have some issues. There was no hot water for showers in the morning and I’ve read online on other reviews that that was an issue. If you looked real close, it wasn’t very clean. It was outdated. The bed was comfortable the pillows were OK. The pool was cold. The hot tub was not filled to the top over the Jets to be able to use. The breakfast was OK, Eggs a little runny. The location was good the room was really big. The check-in process was easy as well as checkout, and the front desk was very helpful.

The whole floor above us was jumping off of their beds all night long and when I went to call down to the front desk, the phone didn't even work. When I took a shower in the morning, the water was ice cold. I will say the folks at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Phylis was extremely kind and helped with any questions that we had.

Great Location

We traveled to see baseball games. Hotel had good proximity to the stadium, shopping & restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious & comfortable. Could use updating. Some areas needed repair, cleaning above & beyond the duties of housekeeping.
