This place has great staff, excellent check in process. The rooms and outside needs updated for sure. The bathroom in the lobby was dirty and had toilet paper everywhere.

Chiefs game trip

Came for a Chiefs game. The place was packed but still quiet. Rushed us out of the breakfast area even with a lot of people still eating. That was the only thing I would have liked to see different.

Only reason I give one star was because the pool was dirty, cloudy and it tasted disgusting once I went underwater and came up. Plus it was freezing cold.
