The staff was fantastic. The spa was excellent. The location was terrific.

The air conditioner has a problem, Especially the remote can not fuction properly, always show no bettery. Also, the remote is difficult to turn on and suddenly will blow hot air. It hard to switch it back to cold air, Check in also has issue, it doesn't the instructions clealry, I almost fail to check in the hotel Other than that the room is nice and clean, laundry is free to use. I will give compliment to that

Spacious room, Private toilet and bathroom were separated in each room, Good fridge with small freezer inside, TV was big enough to watch with family, Enjoyed almost private hot springs bath at 5pm and 6am, air conditioning worked well, Udon breakfast at 7am and Udon night snack at 9pm, best place to stay if you were a Udon lover.

The location was near to either train station or bus stop. Quite and peaceful area.

This was a brilliant start to my Japan trip! Loved the room and facilities. I need to say another big thank you to Carol-san for arranging the taxi for me.
