Lotion was out. Grounds were a mess due to renovations. Roofing materials around entrance. Shingles had nails lying around. We were careful. Room was clean and under repair. If we knew the condition of the hotel, we would have stayed there.

The staff were very helpful and kindly moved me to a different room when I reported the issue. Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring rooms was still very loud, making it difficult to sleep. While I appreciated the excellent service from the staff, the poor soundproofing made my stay uncomfortable.

The room was ok, but the floors were sticky,no shampoo or hair dryer. The entrance doors did not lock, so we did not need our key to get in

One of the very best places we have stayed , excellent in every way.
