On a 5 night stay we had to beg the office like homeless people for towles and wash rags. They was only in the room 1 time never made the bed and took our dirty linens but didn't leave clean ones. We checked in on a Saturday night for a stay through Thursday morning. Immediately had to go to office for linens... We finally went and bought some of our own.. This was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BAYMONT I'VE EVER STAYED AT...

There was no transportation shuttle to & from airport as advertised. The room was dirty and unsanitary; stains on 2/3 beds and hair on towels. The manager was very unprofessional and lacked empathy when addressing the issues. And she was unreasonable when a refund was requested.
