This was not a good choice for us. This side of hotel has no food service. During our stay the Starbucks in lobby had no coffee service. Really?! They actually suggested that we drive 2 miles to the nearest Starbucks for espresso. each morning too need to ever stay at Marriott property again. No breakfast. No espresso machine at Starbucks. Terrible cell service. Non- intuitive wifi process. $15 night parking. Lousy toilet.

The grounds were very nice. The room was okay. Our first room smelled of trash and mildew, but they quickly moved us to a much cleaner smelling room. However, the smell lingered in the hallway when housekeeping was cleaning nearby rooms. We only noticed it on our hall, no where else. The second room was clean, but to improve I would suggest different toilets and pillows. Our toilet was very tall and leaned forward quite a bit. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I was really impressed with this Marriott. The lobby and entry areas were beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and sofa. i had a nice view from my room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. i was able to get a late checkout without charge. My only negative would be having to pay for parking and there really was no alternative as there was not street parking that I could see. I did not use the pool, but it was large and looked very nice.

Staff are very unhelpful and dismissive to guests. All requests I made were met with contention and apathy. The floor I was on was dirty and personal used hygiene products were strewn around for over a day. The staff was not accommodating when I needed to book another night my fiancé and I had to pack and leave because the front desk was rude and unhelpful. I chose to leave rather then stay another night!

I feel this hotel has so much potential. The location is great. The staff is amazing, but it is dirty. It is not Marriott standard. Even even when you come in the floors are dirty and the rooms smell musty.
