While the paid parking is a bit unnecessary, everything else was outstanding. Directly across the road from Ft clinch, it was a convenient to the beach and a very short drive into town.

The Room was in very poor condition. Toilet left with poop and not flushing. No hangers in closet. Safe need new batteries and wasn’t working. TV picture and sound were out of sync. TV Guide not always working at night. Room was very dry. Front Desk Manager was very good. Food was limited, expensive and poorly prepared. All in all will not use Travelocity anymore.

Great Hotel!

New hotel or at leasr ir looks like new. Super clean. There is a restaurant and starbucks inside the hotel Which makes it really convenient. One block away from the beach access. Gated parking. Very recommended

Beware of $15 a night to park on top of high rates

Website description says parking available Nothing saying they will charge you $15 a night to park…it’s not a resort it’s a hotel Our receipt says garage parking, we parked in the lot for we needed a handicap parking I called with question.. we didn’t park in garage we parked in lot Was rudely resent out checkout receipt that says GARAGE PARKING

The property was very nice and clean. We were at Fernandina Beach for the Dickens Christmas Festival and would highly recommend this property to relax after busy days at the festival.

Management problem

Great room however safe was not working .although we reported it when we arrived it was only fixed the next day so it was most inconvenient to carry our valuables around town. These sort of things should be checked by the room agent every day before releasing a room.
