The hotel room was filthy. The floor was dirty. The walls had black stains in the bathroom. The tub did not drain during my showers. I informed the staff and all the did was clean the tub. The drain was not fixed my entire stay. I requested to change rooms and that was denied due to capacity. The cleaning staff did not refill the toilet paper, I requested someone bring it up and was told I could come get it. Awful experience would never return.
