This hotel should be condemned. It is filled with black mold. You could smell it where they masked it with bleach in the front entry but it was even worse in our room on the 3rd floor. Our room 306 had black mold showing in the bathroom and I had to leave before my second night because of how bad it was. It made me and my daughter so sick.i was not offered a refund. There was a white staff eoman there in her late 39s who was so rude and didnt help at all when our key cards stopped working, blaming us as if we didnt know that phones cause these issues. We didnt have our phones with us or ids to even cause this issue when we walked the beach in the am. If i could reccomend thid place less i would.

Great area to stay on Amelia Island. Beach is across the street with easy walking access. Great food, ice cream, coffee, and loaded teas all within walking distance. Most of all staff was very helpful and pleasant 😊

The first room we had, had a torn curtain. Jamie very quickly rebooked our room with a view. The rest of the staff were all friendly and helpful as well. We could pretty much walk to wherever we wanted to go.

We reserved a room for four nights over a month before our arrival. When we arrived they had to search for a room to put us in. The first night the bathtub dripped all night long. I complained the next morning, and they sent someone up to fix it. Once they fixed it we, we lost our hot water. Complained about that for two days. On our fourth day they had us move to a different room. While it had hot water, the WIFI was atrocious. The next morning we went to check out and the counter lady told us “Since you had so much trouble, we’re going to just comp your stay.” So we left there feeling OK about it, but they didn’t comp the stay, they charged my card full price. The location was awesome but I CAN NOT recommend anyone stay there.
