Property is old and needs to be rebooted… Please don’t have kids on the side of the swim up bar… Should be an adult/kids section walkways from the pool to lobby are very slippery… Put down mats… Food at the snack bar terrible… Beach bar closes way too early!

The staff went out of their way to make us feal welcomed and comfortable. The property was clean and someone was always cleaning and refreshing the maintenance of the property. The trees and bushes all were well trimmed.

My son has celiac disease, and I was concerned that he would not have a lot of options for food. The chef heard about our concern and made special arrangements for him to have a gluten-free dessert every night. The staff throughout the entire property were so kind and welcoming.

This hotel has a lot of fun activities and the staff is very friendly. At checking I was not provided with the rollaway that my reservation included because of possible floor damage to the recently remodeled bedrooms’ floors. After talking to the staff and the manager the issue was resolved. A good place to stay

bad experience when checking in, one of the rooms not available, rooms in poor condition, air conditioning does not work in one of the rooms, in the others the thermostats did not work, there is no mini bar in the rooms, if you need water at night or something refreshing you need to call room service, the beds did not smell good and the only thing they told us when asking for help with all the problems, they said that the best rooms are for the hotel members, when booking through website or application does not guarantee rooms , first and last time at this hotel.
