Great property

The room was spacious and clean. Close to new haven union station, yale university and downtown. We enjoyed the pool, gym and the rooftop. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Sarah was very responsive to our questions. Would def stay here again.

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

I always stay at the New Haven hotel when I visit my daughter. Sadly the standards have declined

Beautiful property with lovely pool and spa area. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The grounds and gardens are well maintained. The hiking trail is highly recommended. My room in the main house was a bit noisy; the room above mine appeared to be a utility room that was active early in the morning. I could hear footsteps throughout the day. The dinner was overrated, but the breakfast and lunch were delicious.
