Itamuro Onsen Vacation Packages

All staff were consistently helpful, respectful and attentive. We felt like valued guests even though the hotel was busy with weddings and other events. We never felt rushed. The room was much more spacious than we expected. In addition to spectacular views, all amenities were provided and were replenished regularly. Housekeeping was outstanding: thorough, careful with personal items attentive to the smallest detail. Room service meal delivered promptly and well presented. Request for humidifier fulfilled promptly. Spa services superior in attentiveness and cleanliness. Garden a haven of peace and beauty. All concierge staff excellent. Doren gave informative and relaxing tour of it. The Dutch gentleman was most helpful in describing features and attractions of the immediate area and both helped me navigate the subway. I also enjoyed gazing at the numerous works of art and displays of historical objects.

Just love it

Great place

Great location! So easy to get to from Narita Airport using the skyliner train line and then a 10min walk. Easily doable with kids and luggage. Room had all we needed and some space which was ideal for a family. Free welcome drink of tea, and water cooler in reception were a nice bonus. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The location is very good - a walking distance to several tourist attractions, excellent cafes and coffee shops. A great advantage is to have a supermarket right across the road from the hotel (1 min walk). The room was nice, very comfy and clean. Good public transport system - easy to get from the airport, and also get around as there is a connection station about 3 mins walk from the hotel. Highly recommend.
