Outdated. Small. Unhelpful when needed something that wasn’t normal check in or check out

Would definitely recommend this hotel! Very central in Glasgow, in a nice part of the city. Hotel was very clean and seemed recently updated with very nice decor and amenities. Room itself was very spacious (especially for being in Europe). Look forward to staying here again!

Very impressive

The location for us was excellent, walking distance from many fine coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants near the university, and easy access to bus and subway. Our room was exceptionally quiet, facing a quiet neighborhood off the main street. Our room (with a double bed) and the bathroom were very compact, a bit of a challenge with multiple pieces of luggage for each of two guests, but very clean and tidy. Every person on staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
