In a good location, decent amenities

Found some hair in the sink and bed when I checked in but besides that no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was modern. Mini fridge was a little small - can only fit a couple of water bottles.

We were quite disappointed in the hotel's lack of supplies (pillows, water, nail clipper, etc.) On our first evening, we called down to the front desk for housekeeping to bring us two pillows, we were told that they didn't have housekeeping and also, no pillows. Even though we did later on get our pillows, it was quite unsettling to be told on our first night that there's no housekeeping and no pillows were available. Our room also did not have a bathroom that affords some space for our toiletries and some change of clothing. Electrical outlets are also hard to reach. On the other hand, we were impressed with the in-room washer and dryer that can do a wash and dry in one single machine.

Good room, but wish it was more spacious (we had 7 people) There entry way was a bit cramped. Had some difficulty getting more towels, blankets, and pillows. The staff were great! They were friendly and knew english well. Great location and amazing view of the city hall plaza and temple.
