On our first morning there was no hot water for the shower. Many people talked to the front desk and got different answers, from a tripped breaker to a broken pump ect ect. Our room wasn’t refreshed the first day and had to get fresh towels from the cleaning cart. The charge of $25.00 per day extra for a pet seemed unnecessary. Liked the fact that Denny’s and Moxies where attached to the hotel.

Best customer service in the world. They go above and beyond for their guests.

Stayed in the Bernard Shaw room. Well appointed, comfy bed, BUT the in room air conditioner was SO noisy surging on and off, sleep was impossible. Couldn’t open the window due to smoky air outside. Well located to walk into NOTL. Staff - one - not very friendly. Best thing about our stay: very cute family of Skunks entertained us as we sat on the verandah one evening,

Great location and clean and fresh lobby. However the room wasn’t incredibly clean and the rooms amenities seemed on the cheaper side for the price of the room compared to other hotels.

I managed to get some horrific food poisoning while in Toronto and I am absolutely sure had I been in any other hotel but The Hazelton I won’t be as well cared for in the most motherly and tender way!!! Best hotel in Toronto , best service and best location !!! Thank you everyone who took care of me I am extremely grateful !!! Shanna
