Stated here several times. Great location for Leeds City centre. Rooms are compact but comfy and really clean.

Hotel needs updating all areas and cleanliness is impacted as a result. Description in Expedia indicates they have clothes washing machines which they do not. Mid trip for us so we depended on the hotel amenity description. Clothes wash machines or sending out with a timely return of laundry neither of which was available. Staff was all pleasant in our interactions.

Great location, close to town but in a quiet cul-de-sac. Lovely property, well maintained and decorated. Open plan lounge /kitchen downstairs. Very comfortable bed and good quality bedding and towels. Clean, modern bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer provided. Outdoor chairs provided to sit in the quiet courtyard in the front. Perfect property for a couple to visit York. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was so clean was stuck were so helpful. The breakfast got busy at certain towns and the bar was well stocked and a nice place to sit in and relax.

No hairdryer in the room other than that the stay was great. We will be back

Usual great stay. Ev charging would be a useful addition considering other hotels the area offer it.
