Staff was wonderful. Our room was very clean. I wish they would have an iron and iron board

It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The location is excellent, as you can easily walk to just about everywhere.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was included and it was excellent. The hotel was close to nice restaurants , museums, botanical gardens. We walked everywhere, the church, the Mercado everything was close. We always felt safe!

The property it is really conviniant closed to the Zocalo and to the mayor closest atractions ,it is reqlly clean and quiet for a time to rest after the walk over to the town ,the only bad thing about our stay is our room was really small but i definitly will book again in my next trip to the beautifull Oaxaca
