The rooms are spotlessly clean, the ac works WELL, there is plentiful hot water, the views from the rooftop are spectacular, the staff provides the very best in customer service and they are so very friendly and kind. The location is wonderful, steps to everything. This is a true hidden gem. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Don’t let the outside of the hotel regret booking at the place. The hotel is very modern and well kept . The stuff is absolutely nice and helpful the location couldn’t better right in the middle of everything. Definitely a place to stay in my next visit. The Adults only is the cherry on top

Great for families or solo travelers!

Pool area is very nice, and the bar opens at 1. Staff was very helpful. We stayed in a room right near the kitchen courtyard so we could hear everything. We could also her the traffic cop for most of our stay. The noise wasn't too bad, but if you are noise sensitive ask for a different room.

The property it is really conviniant closed to the Zocalo and to the mayor closest atractions ,it is reqlly clean and quiet for a time to rest after the walk over to the town ,the only bad thing about our stay is our room was really small but i definitly will book again in my next trip to the beautifull Oaxaca
