If there’s a concert happening at NRG you will be charged extra a day ($30) on top of the room deposit($100 total). Restroom was filthy. Called for service they never arrived. Broken elevator. Had to buy personal products to clean the tub. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Wouldn’t stay again.

This property is only good for convenience, breakfast is just store bought muffins and box cereal. Rooms are dirty with a sketchy connecting door, has an odd odor too.

Don't stay here.

This hotel was terrible. The only reason to stay is how close it is to NRG stadium. The elevator doesn't work, the pool was closed, no body wash. The worst part was the customer service at front desk. Not welcoming at all. Also, no cash accepted.

The hotel wasn’t the worst, but it definitely needs some improvements. The elevator was unreliable, there was no working iron in the room, the TV didn’t function, and no cups were provided. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location was super convenient — it was close to the stadium, which made it easy to get to the concert. That was definitely a plus. But overall, Comfort Suites offered a much better experience in terms of comfort and amenities.

Ugh!!!!!

There was an event in town so they charged paying customers to park. Also used the parking lot to make money for people coming to the event. This made parking scarce for the customers staying at the hotel. On top of that my car was broken into along with at least other cars. Management claimed that they did not have video of the parking lot. My experience here was awful to say the least.

Great that it was within walking distance to NRG. Check in line was insanely long and slow. Parking was full. The website advertises free parking but they do charge $30. The lobby and hallways were hot and humid and musty. The elevator did not work but they did not have a sign up so most people tried pushing buttons for a while and then would finally give up and walk the stairs. The stairs were also very musty smelling. The pool was very big but pretty dirty. The room however was very clean and cool and the bed was very comfortable. Inconvenient that drinks and snacks for purchase were behind the check in counter, it was impossible to purchase anything all afternoon before the concert because the line to check in was always so long.

Best option to walk to the stadium.

The staff was very nice and informative. The hotel is not the most updated, and the breakfast is lackluster, but the room was clean and the coffee was good! We were not sure what to expect with the mixed reviews, but we were very happy with our decision to stay. If you need to be close to the stadium, this is it!

Close to Stadium, Far from Decent

Let me start with the only two good things about this place: the staff was real friendly, and it’s close to the stadium. That’s it. That’s the list. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t seen a deep clean since the early 2000s…mold, grime, and a TERRIBLE odor. And not a white refrigerator (yes, I referenced Housewives of Atlanta). It’s 2025, please be so serious. I just know y’all make way too much money to not do a full renovation by now. On top of that, the fridge was completely non-functional. It was more like a decorative cabinet. Most of the elevators? Yeah, they’re broken. Hope you’re in shape because you’ll be lugging your bags up flights of stairs like it’s a boot camp. Oh, and about that “free parking” they advertise? Not so free. My credit card statement and itinerary say otherwise. Misleading at best, dishonest at worst. All in all, unless you’re okay with sacrificing basic comfort and cleanliness for location alone, look elsewhere. Friendly staff can only do so much when the property is falling apart around them.

The property is extremely dated and is long overdue for an upgrade. Clean, though it was extremely bare bones. They also charge 30 dollars for parking, which I feel should be included while staying at the property. Pool was closed and looked gross. Great location by event so this property will always be rented by visitors, just know what you’re getting.

The elevator was broken and we were staying on the 4th floor. Kind of a bummer but the location for a concert we were seeing at NRG was beyond ideal — walking distance changed my life.

The air didn’t work, everyone was drenched in sweat. There was an unknown $30 parking fee which is unfair and seems greedy since it was only because of a concert happening and not a regular occurrence. The elevators were broken. Staff never answers the phone you have to go all the way down stairs (mind you, elevator was broken) to speak with someone. 0 out of 10!

Horrible place.

This was one of the worst places we have stayed. The first room they gave us smelled like beer and throw up. We asked fro a new room and the second was not much better. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in months. They advertise they had free breakfast and all they had was coffee and rolls, they said they discontinued the hot breakfast a month ago. This place was so bad we left after one night. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
