I was welcomed by a friendly staff for an easy check in. Tony stayed for one night but I thoroughly enjoyed my large clean room with comfy bedding. Directly across the street from Avis rental for my car return as well. I will definitely stay here again the next time a need a place for the evening before flying out of Hobby airport.

Toilet got clogged, towels and bed sheets had stains here and there, there was roach that crawled out of the bed lamps socket. I was so taken back that I couldn’t go to sleep thinking more were going to come out and crawl all over me.

I gave this hotel 2 stars but my overall stay was not the best. When we were able to get checked into our room. It had a mildew smell. When i went to the forst desk, the attendant did move our rooms.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing. There was an unpleasant odor that seemed to linger throughout the entire hotel — hallways, elevator, even in the room itself. It was musty and borderline unbearable. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was shockingly rude. No hospitality, no apologies — just cold and unhelpful responses. The room itself was outdated and didn’t feel clean. Between the odor and the unwelcoming service, I couldn’t relax or enjoy my stay. Definitely not worth the money. There are plenty of other places to stay in the area — I recommend choosing literally any of them over this one.

Different information was relayed by different staff members. When we called to request early check-in at 12 p.m., we were told it was $30; upon arrival, we were told $50; and then we saw a policy or notice at the front desk stating $25 for early check-in from 12 p.m. The Indian female staff member was very rude and dismissive when questioned. The rooms are very 1900s-like, smell of wet carpet, and are muggy and damp. Also, I had to change rooms because the previous occupant had smoked heavily; I don't know what kind of cleaning was done, but the smell remained, and I felt nauseous upon entering.
