We have stayed here several times. The staff are always great and our room is always clean. A/C is cold and water is hot. We will always stay here when we are in the area. When we go to Galveston we come back to Webster for the hotels, shopping, dinning and night life.

This hotel when I booked was a la Quinta and had changed hands - it is not a place I would recommend. The breakfast is minimal, not replenished and is awful. On the second day I didn’t even bother!!! The staff were ill trained and not customer focused.

Only thing I didn't like was the smell. Although the room was clean, you can still smell that "old building" smell that the owner probably can do anything about given the room was painted and had new carpeting. No other issues.

Excellent hotel and staff is very friendly. Everything was clean and they did my beds after the first night as requested. The pool could use a bit of updating but overall a great experience. Breakfast was great as well!!
