Service slacking

We requested 2 pillows and we called the front desk 3 times and they brought the pillows, I went down to the front desk and they didn't resolve the problem. The customer service was terrible.

Visited with my family. The location and in-house views were made beautifully, guest concierge friendly but overall it was a very old hotel. Can’t say I was impressed enough to go back but it was ok. No ice machines worked on my floor, fridgerators do not get cold, and the only microwave was in the lobby. Overall the most I would give is a 3/5.
