The property was nice and clean. Only thing I didnā€™t like is that I booked through Expedia and there was a $25 a day amenity charge. Not sure what that was for. It wasnā€™t like I ordered room service or anything. We came to visit Houston and we only sleep there. It was nice coming in one day and seeing baked cookies at the front.

Great location for anyone in downtown Houston. Easy to get around, public transportation is easily accessible. Parking garage was safe and checked by security often. Expect some outdoor noise as downtown can get busy.

I left the front counter headed to the 4th floor to my room and opened my assigned room and a horrible smell of poop as soon as the door opened up, not to mention a room that had work equipment in front the of the bathroom. I had to go back down to the front counter to be placed in a room down the hall from friends m the same room that was a disaster inside due to construction inside or some type of plumbing issue. The desk clerk offered me some chips and 2 cans of sofa. Such an insult to humanity. We were able to take pictures of the room before the new room was assigned. Horrible experience to say the least.

Great property if you want a prime downtown location. Easy access to the convention center and passport office. Walking distance to SPIRE nightclub and Pour Behavior. Hotel is very casual and cozy with 24-hr front desk and business center. Covered parking garage is available for a $25 daily rate with in/out privileges.

False Advertisement

The staff was nice. The shuttle driver was amazing! Advertisement when I booked, led me to believe that their was an indoor pool. There is no pool of any kind. The breakfast was disgusting. Beds were hard and mini fridge did not work.
I expected to have this indoor pool at the hotel, but no pool at allšŸ˜•

By far the worst hotel Iā€™ve been in my entire life and would be sure to let all my followers know NOT to stay at this unprofessional child ran ā€œhotelā€ complete waste of not only my money but a waste of steps walking thru those doors and talking with those morons at the front desk let alone the manager
