Specifically chose for pool and hot tub and restaurant. Pool and hot tub not working. Restaurant very busy with long waits and not enough staff. Compensation for not having access to pool and hot tub was minimal. Had to carry all our luggage down because there was no access to carts and needed to catch early shuttle.
