DO NOT STAY HERE! We flew into town for a wedding before flying to our next city. We spent two nights sleeping in our room, and otherwise stayed out of it. The air was thick with mold and caused my daughter’s asthma to flare up. The air conditioner leaked so badly that the rug was soaking wet, but without it the air was even worse. If we weren’t on an extremely tight schedule, we would have looked for other lodgings. When we arrived in our next city our clothing smelled musty just from having been in the room (even though most was stored in vacuum bags). Also, don’t rely on the shuttle. On arrival, we were told we’d see our shuttle in twenty-five minutes. We eventually gave up waiting, as it was late and our 4yo needed sleep. Instead of a complimentary shuttle, we paid over $30 for a mile ride. When we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle driver was laying on the couch watching tv and the front desk staff was on the phone telling another guest that they’d see the shuttle in twenty-five minutes- though the driver didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry. We rented a car the next day for the wedding and held onto it for our flight the next morning. I will say, the driver that took us to the rental car center was really kind and helpful (Nelson?). Breakfast was as you’d expect- not fancy, but decently tasty, and Tia was quick to tend to messes and restock items. We won’t be staying here again. Find any other spot if you need an airport hotel near IAH. Proximity is the only upside

Easy option for a layover

Hotel was fine. Rooms clean,modern and comfortable. Book ahead if you want to use the shuttle. We didnt get that sorted in time and paid $25 to get a taxi there from the airport. The morning transfer back was fine. Check in was quick. Breakfast was ok, on par with most in the US but I cant stand the plastic cutlery . Not specific to this hotel, its the same everywhere in North America but its just awful in this day and age to use plastic cutlery.
