We had a handicapped room. No room services the whole time we were there (thurs-sunday). We had garbage, dirty linen and towels on the floor from the day we arrived. Breakfast from 6am to 9am.

The first room I was given had a strong odor of urine, so I had to request a different one. Additionally, the hallway smelled like marijuana, and overall, the stay was not pleasant.

A Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups

The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The room matched the photos, and the furniture was in good condition. The pool was great — a good depth and size for kids and even suitable for swimming laps. There were a few hiccups: the final price differed from what Hotels.com quoted (possibly due to hidden fees), and housekeeping didn’t come during our stay. I had to take out the trash and request more towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic and ended early at 9 a.m., so we missed out most days. Also, the curtains didn’t block much light in the mornings. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but better communication and small touches would’ve made it even better.

Room service never came to make beds or restock towels. We had no hand soap for sink. Beds were really uncomfortable to me. Next trip I probably will be staying somewhere else.

When we checked in, the desk staff was not very friendly. She barely spoke to us and didn't look at us at all. During our stay, the "Corner Market" was never restocked so there weren't many options available. The pool was also closed during our entire stay (four nights). In our room, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. We had two tv's in our room and only one of them worked. One would turn on and we'd see the input and volume level but then nothing but a black screen. The remote for that tv wouldn't work and neither would the buttons on the side of the tv. The breakfast options were limited: the eggs were rubbery and the toast was stale. When things ran out, the staff was slow to restock it.
