There was black mind in and around our room. The hotel staff themself were very nice. But the hotel felt unclean and there was mold in multiple places.

Breakfast is great room clean bed amazing I was a great steak. It was just a few things like the cooling down hot tub. I’m not working properly. That could’ve been fixed. Other than that. Everything was great. Of the elevators were a little funky took forever for the door to open at one point in time we had to pry it open.

The bed mattresses are pretty horrrible, they’re super hard and uncomfortable. The bath tubs had residue from other people that had showered there before. The jacuzzi was broken and only started to get worse’s on my last day being there. Only one elevator is working right now and there’s no option as hotel guest to access the stairs.

There was only 1 elevator working. We have our parents who cannot just walk down 5 flights of stairs every time. The stairs could not be accessed at every level or from inside the building. All of this was extremely inconvenient. To the point that it delayed our events for a wedding excursion and caused our party to be late.
