It says there is breakfast and they don’t offer it anymore. The restaurant there is also closed down. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The suite was very big and spacious and clean but you vould tell the bathroom had not been deep cleaned in a while. The pool was green and dirty. At one time this hotel was beautifully ran but unfortunately today not so much. The front staff was very friendly but I will not stay again just because it was not as clean as I like my hotel rooms to be.

I checked in on Saturday, May 3, 2025 and as soon as we pulled up, I noticed how outdated the front is with paint peeling everywhere in the automatic door doesn’t even work. Once me and my colleague walked into the lobby. We noticed right away that there is a chemical smell that was offputting to say the least. We checked in and the gentleman at the front desk said his name is Kevin but turned out that was not his real name. They put me on the seventh floor and once I got out of the elevator, the chemical smell was so bad it was almost unbearable as I started coughing. Once I get into my room, I noticed a cockroach climbing up the wall, and I took a photo of it. There was some sort of white liquid dripping off of one of the picture frames, which was absolutely disgusting and I took a picture of that as well.. We went downstairs and asked him what time the restaurant was gonna open since it was Saturday afternoon, and the gentleman at the front desk didn’t even pick up his head to look me in the eyes, but he told me they were not opening it tonight which for a Saturday night was odd. Needless to me and my colleague decided to stay one night since we didn’t really have a choice and we checked out the following morning because the chemical smell was so bad and all I did was stay up all night coughing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The reviews that Expedia had were definitely extremely generous because my experience this hotel was probably in the bottom tier

My tub had mold in tile grout around the soap shelf. We lost water for repairs on Tuesday morning from 10am-3:30pm. They notified us of the repair. We lost water on Wednesday sometime in the morning and did not have hot water by 9:30am on Thursday. Cold water was back on Tuesday evening, but it was brown. Almost all doors are in desperate need of paint. The hotel is dated. The breakfast staff was excellent, and the breakfast was good.

Nice sized rooms, but dated and dirty.

We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to NRG park. I checked reviews first and they gave me an overall satisfactory expectation. Check in was easy and the service was friendly. I was pleased with the size of our room and we had a great view of the pool. The biggest downfall was the cleanliness of the room. The bed was dirty and the bathroom tub was unacceptable. We encountered several cockroaches throughout the room and hotel. Once we found a baby roach partying on the pillows, we left. This hotel has a ton of potential with some updating and cleaning.

Great Stay

Hotel was comfortable. Location was right beside a major freeway. Freeway noise was very loud but the comfort of the room made up for the noise. Will stay again but will request a room on the back of the hotel.
