Alright place to stay for a rest stop

-Staff was great and very respectful -AC broken and obnoxiously loud. Either it’s hot without the AC or couldn’t sleep cause the blower motor was busted. -Washer and Dryer on second floor is so loud we couldn’t sleep. Sounded literally like bricks were in it (i’m not even being dramatic). -Was told the moment we checked in that the jacuzzi we specifically payed extra for “works but can’t stay in there for longer than an hour due to leaks” and once we got to the room the knobs were broken. -Had the DND sign the first day but taken off same day and the room did not get cleaned the entire time we were there. Even leaving early in the morning and being gone most of the trip. -Breakfast was disappointing -Hotel smells like bad weed on all floors

When we arrived, I asked the lady that checked us in if we could have a room closest to the elevator if not on the first floor because my sister had scoliosis and it’s hard for her to walk along distance unfortunately she was unable to get us near the elevator we ended up walking about halfway to 3/4 of the way down the hall from the elevator Other than that, it was a nice stay
